Delivery Costs   

Due to Health & Safety regulations delivery drivers may not hand unload any item over 25kgs in weight which is in excess of any average order, therefore:

A delivery cost of $200 is applicable to any delivery on Mainland Australia to a commercial address where a forklift is available, ie your local hardware store or rural supplier. Your order may be delivered to a home address if there is a forklift to unload and there is truck access for a 12 tonne delivery truck.
 
Freight charges to Tasmania will be calculated (additional to the $200.00 charged for Mainland Australia), when we receive your request or order, with no obligation on your part to purchase.

The standard $200.00 delivery cost will be deleted from your order if you are to collect from our factory at Wacol in Brisbane.
