All panels, posts, shrouds and panel caps are powder coated aluminium which has been fully treated, before powder coating, in Chromate solution for maximum corrosion protection.                                                                 

Panels
Panels are aluminium Flat Top design supplied in a broken down "Flat Pack" kit form (to be assembled), in a box.
As per photo, tubes will be inserted through through one layer of the rail stopping at the second layer and then secured with a 12g-11 25mm galvanised screw with washer. Once screws are secured an aluminium rail cap is snapped or slid over to cover the screws, as seen in top right hand of photo.
There is no rail cap on bottom of rail as the screws are not visible. Cover caps for bottom of rail are available as an optional extra.
All aluminium parts supplied are powder coated in Black Satin
Top and Bottom rail size = 38x25mm
Tube size 19mm wide set 68mm apart

Posts.

Posts are 50x50mm aluminium powdercoated in Black Satin only and come with a separate plastic cap
Flanges posts have a flange 130x100x8mm welded to the post ( dyna bolts required to secure are 10mm diameter)

Gates

Gates are aluminium powdercoated black satin
Gates are 1200mm high x 965mm (for an opening of 995-1000mm between the posts)
Gates are not in kit form, but fully welded.
Frame of gate is 38x25mm with 19mm wide tube welded into place
Hinges supplied are both spring loaded with a cert cap to cover bottom hinge to stop children getting a foot hold
Latch is a magnetic latch with a key for extra safety

Shrouds ( to connect panels to posts)

Shrouds are 38x25mm powdercoated black satin with three screws to secure to post and panel.
